Wholesale FAQ
Everything you need to know about purchasing bulk boxes from Fresh Fresh.
How are wholesale products packaged and sold?
All wholesale products are sold in protective commercial boxes (typically 5kg master boxes or 10kg export cartons). Each box is lined with food-grade moisture barrier film or nitrogen-flushed foil packs to protect shelf freshness during transit.
How do trade clients order wholesale boxes?
Commercial orders, pallet deliveries, and B2B trade accounts are coordinated directly by our wholesale desk. Simply tap "Enquire for Wholesale" on any box or email our trade team at wholesale@freshfresh.co.za for pro-forma invoicing and logistics.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our boxes have an accessible MOQ starting at just 1 box. You can mix and match boxes of Medjool dates, sun-dried fruits, and raw nuts in your order.
How fast is nationwide delivery across South Africa?
Boxes are dispatched from our packing facility via temperature-conscious couriers. Major metropolitan areas (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, and Durban) are delivered in 24 to 48 hours.
