Because our jumbo Medjool dates are fresh, juicy, and 100% natural without artificial chemical preservatives or glazes, we recommend keeping them in an airtight container or original sealed tub in the refrigerator (where they remain soft and delicious for up to 6 months) or in the freezer (for up to 12 months). They do not freeze solid due to their high natural fruit sugars and thaw to room temperature in just 10–15 minutes!
